2.2. Usage Data

We collect minimal operational data to maintain and improve the service:

  • Anonymized usage patterns
  • Error logs (without personal data)
  • Performance metrics

3. Authentication & Microsoft Integration

All authentication is handled through Microsoft's secure identity platform.

We do NOT store:

  • Your Microsoft password
  • Multi-factor authentication credentials
  • OAuth tokens long-term (session-based only)
  • Any authentication secrets

Microsoft handles:

  • Password verification and storage
  • Multi-factor authentication
  • Token issuance and validation
  • Session security

✓ Your login credentials never touch our servers. We only receive a secure token confirming your identity.

4. Data Processing

When you use Dataguard to analyze documents or data:

4.1. Document Analysis

Documents you submit for analysis are processed in real-time. We do not permanently store the content of your documents. The analysis results are generated and returned to you immediately.

4.2. No Training on Your Data

We do not use your documents or personal data to train our AI models. Your confidential information remains private.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
  • AES-256 encryption for data at rest
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure)
